    Aveshka is looking for a Management and Program Analyst to support the Staffing and Administrative Unit (SAU) in the FBI's International Operations Division (IOD).  IOD provides logistical and other support to the FBI Legal Attache Offices, which are located in over 60 embassies worldwide.  The Staffing and Administrative Unit handles all personnel related matters, including administrative documentation and tracking IOD personnel with an internal system.  This position has numerous administrative responsibilities including assisting the POC for the FBI system.  Analyst will have access to numerous personnel related systems.


    Shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


    • Send out Legat Approval Email Reminders as required and resolve and respond to several Tracking System Issues emails, either through email, phone calls, or lync calls/discussions
    • Conduct Training Classes on LYNC and attend multiple tracking system meetings to discuss system issues and programming improvements
    • Act as a Quick Responder SAR approver; archive several completed or canceled records; and compose notification emails on system’s upgrades
    • Send daily emails to Section Chiefs to request executive overrides for travelers traveling in 14 days or less; unlock locked PKI accounts; perform tracking system request approvals for short notice travel; and maintain a running spread sheet of all short notice approvals
    • Notify each traveler approved on short notice, when their task list is available; use the tracking system test environment to collect all system emails sent out in the process and various other administrative responsibilities as necessary to achieve SAU's mission


    Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred


    Required Experience: Minimum of five years experience in a related field


    Required Clearance: Active Top Secret (SSBI) Clearance
