  • Overview

    Aveshka is seeking an Industrial Security Support Senior Analyst to provide Industrial Security support to the Counterintelligence & Security Directorate.  Support the review, analysis, and development of the OUSD(I) recommendations and attendance at meetings related to the Department of Defense (DoD) decisions on the national security implications of proposed transactions submitted to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Participate in the development, review, and coordination of all policy issuances for industrial security and review pertinent policy documents from others for industrial security equities. Provide support for review of industrial security letters about national level industrial security related issues affecting DoD, non-DoD, and the defense industrial base. Participate in sessions unique to the cleared defense industrial base such as the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC).


    • Understanding of DoD, Military Department, Joint Staff, CCMD, and sub-unified Command organizations, responsibilities and processes (OUSD(I), OUSD(P), J39, etc.) and how they interface with the CI/CT/LE components both within DoD and externally throughout United States Government (USG)
    • Ability to digest large volumes of complicated data, conduct detailed empirical analysis with analytic tools and communicate complex findings and recommendations in a prioritized and simplified manner


    Required Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree from in an accredited university or four years of equivalent experience (includes military service, civilian DoD employment, and DoD contractor employment)


    Required Experience:


    • 10 years of demonstrated experience in CI, CT, and LE matters as they pertain to counterespionage, counterterrorism, and law enforcement.
    • Military Experience (includes military service, civilian DoD employment, and DoD contractor employment)
    • Experience as an accredited federal law enforcement officer


    Required Clearance:


    • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
