Join Aveshka is a rapidly growing national security solutions firm with clients across the homeland, law enforcement, public health, defense and intelligence communities.  As an entrepreneurial company, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be an instrumental part of driving Aveshka’s future growth.  This role includes aspects of employment brand, executive search, business development and capture, in addition to talent acquisition.


  • Reporting to the SVP of Human Capital, this role will manage all digital, social network and employment branding initiatives across the company. This strategic role includes the need to build strong working relationships with senior leadership across the company, gaining consensus and driving all aspects of development of the employment brand.  This individual will lead, design, and implement Aveshka’s new social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  • This role will also support the executive search function of the company. As such, it will require a thorough understanding of the companies capabilities, past performances, and future growth strategies and will be instrumental in the identification, qualification, and relationship development with candidates for strategic leadership opportunities across the company.  In this role the individual might also support internal talent development.

In that spirit, our corporate organization is one where every member is encouraged and mentored in business development and capture.  This role will heavily support business development and capture activities to include leading the staffing role on specific captures from “cradle to grave”.  This includes partnering with the capture manager to develop win themes, staffing plans, and incumbent capture.
  • Serve as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and collaborate with peers to ensure the overall success of the team. This includes mentoring recruiters to advance hiring manager relationships and overall expertise in recruiting.  As a senior member, this role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to design, implement and evaluate effective analytics and metrics to influence program direction and monitor business impact.  This role includes ensuring sourcing strategies align with corporate priorities and the tracking of effective recruiting metrics. 


Required Education:  Bachelors Degree



Required Experience: 12+ years of recruiting in a cleared government contracting environment with demonstrated experience in the intelligence marketplace



Required Clearance:  Top Secret 



Desired Qualifications:  Masters Degree or advanced certificates desired.
