Overview

The general clerk typist will assist the Office of Financial Planning and Analysis (OFPA)'s management assurance staff in accomplishing various administrative tasks. 

 

Specific activities include but are not limited to arranging for and

attending internal control meetings and enterprise risk management (ERM) entrance and exit conferences with management officials at ASPR and gathering regulations, information/data needed to perform an internal control and ERM assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze relevant risk management information
  • Prepare quality draft documents and process flow charts
  • Communicate relevant and accurate information, clearly and concisely during formal or informal meetings
  • Collaborate with others to accomplish goals
  • Use various enterprise tools and technology to prepare and share documents
  • Provide essential support such as arranging meetings, taking notes, responding to routine inquiries
  • Coordinate risk management activities, to include program research and analysis,documentation gathering, and reporting.
  • Other administrative duties including division project tracking, meeting minutes, maintenance,answering phones, photocopying, and coordinating report submissions

Qualifications

Required Education: High School degree and in process of completing a BA or BS in a relevant field

 

 

Required Experience: 0-2 years; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

 

 

Required Clearance: Public Trust

 

 

Desired Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Public Health or working towards a BA in Accounting, Public Health

Candidate should be process centered and have project coordination experience
