    Aveshka is seeking a TSCM/Cyber Technical Analyst to develop policies, procedures, and reporting requirements for client programs at NGA site in Springfield, VA. 

    In this role, the successful candidate will help support the client mission of providing the most advanced imagery and geospatial analysis and information to the U.S. Armed Forces and to America’s global allies.



    • Conduct daily TSCM Cyber missions. Those duties include:
    • Maintaining all TSCM Cyber equipment to ensure operational readiness.
    • Coordinating with stakeholders to prepare for TSCM Cyber missions.
    • Installing TSCM Cyber equipment effectively for the respective mission area.
    • Conducting thorough analysis of cyber data to support TSCM missions.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to investigate findings.
    • Briefing customers on the results of TSCM Cyber missions.
    • Reporting TSCM Cyber findings to customers within established timeframes.
    • Complying with National, DoD, and agency regulations and instructions as they relate to TSCM Cyber missions.
    • Develop new TSCM Cyber capabilities for the Technical Operations Branch. Those duties include:
    • Researching new cyber technologies to enhance current TSCM Cyber capabilities.
    • Testing new cyber technologies on infrastructure to ensure compatibility.
    • Developing procedural guides for the TSCM team to utilize on future missions.
    • Training TSCM practitioners on the use of newly developed cyber technologies.
    • Acquire and maintain knowledge, subject matter expertise, tradecraft, and technical competency in TSCM and TSCM Cyber.
    • Attending cyber security training to comply with DoD 8570 IAT II requirements.
    • Participating in equipment specific training to understand and deploy tradecraft.
    • Researching and attending advanced cyber security training to enhance technical competency.
    • Gaining and maintaining compliance with client TSCM specific training plan.
    • Assist with technical operations as required by the customer. These duties include:
    • Conducting TSCM and technical security services for preventing unauthorized access to government facilities and possible loss of sensitive or classified information.
    • Providing reports and briefings of conclusions for each evaluation conducted.
    • Providing research services and advising program office personnel on National and international developments in commercial, state-of-the-art technical security technology.
    • Reviewing and making recommendations for the design of technical security upgrades (not to be provided by the contractor) based on counterthreat plans, physical security and technical security policies.


    Required Education:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required or equivalent combination of education, training, CI, technical certifications


    Required Experience:


    • 11+ years of experience with 5 years of federal TSCM experience related to the job description
    • Must possess and maintain Encase certification as a forensics examiner
    • Must have TSCM Cyber certification
    • Must meet D0D 8570 IAT Level II compliance


    Required Clearance:

    • Top Secret, SCI Eligibility


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Shall have knowldge of TSCM cyber procedures
    • Knowledge and application of TSCM cyber and CI policy documents
    • Knowledge of network architecture and associated vulnerabilities; experience in CI operations
    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, time management experience
    • Familiarity working in remote office and/or multiple customer locations
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
